The aim of the project is to provide housing conditions to persons who arrived on the territory of the Republic of Poland from the territory of Ukraine in connection with war activities carried out on the territory of that country. As part of the project, modernisation works of the building located at 7 Żeromskiego Street in Chmielnik will be carried out. As a result of the works carried out in the building, 2 social housing units with a total usable area of 108.3 m² (2 apartments – four and five people) will be built. The scope of planned works includes, among others, modernisation of: 1. window and door joinery, 2. flooring layers [ground floor and floor], 3 rd layers of warming above the floor, 4. roof truss, 5th roofing, 6. entrance stairs with balustrade, 7. internal stairs with balustrade, 8. balustrades with balustrades, 9. roofs above the entrance, 10. internal installations [water – sewage, central heating and electrical), 11. modernisation of fences and pedestrian lines. The building will be insulated, plastered and painted. Furniture and necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment will be purchased. PROJECT INDICATORS: 1. The potential of the supported social service infrastructure [person]-9; 2. Number of facilities supported where social services are provided [pcs]-2; 3. Value of eligible expenditure for measures aimed at mitigating the crisis caused by the war in Ukraine – PLN 1 493 489,00. After the end of military operations in Ukraine and the lack of need for social housing by people fleeing Ukraine, housing will be allocated to social needs. The project is part of the specific objective of Action 13.1: Provision of housing conditions for persons fleeing Ukraine as a result of military operations carried out in the country.The project will be implemented from 1.6.2023 to 31.12.2023. The total value of the project is: PLN 1 500 500,00 including dof. 1 269 465.65 PLN.
