In this operation the following actions are carried out:_x000D_ -The design, drafting and presentation of the Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Strategy of Andújar that will comprise at least the following contents:_x000D_ 1.Initial identification of urban problems and challenges_x000D_ 2. Integrated analysis: covering the physical and environmental, climate, demographic, social and economic dimensions._x000D_ 3.Diagnostic and definition of expected results_x000D_ 4.Delimitation of the scope of action_x000D_ 5.Implementation Plan: it will include lines of action, timetable, budget and productivity indicators 6.Citizen and social agents participation: both in the design phase and in the implementation phase_x000D_ 7.Administrative Capacity_x000D_ 8. Horizontal principles and cross-cutting ERDF objectives: equality between men and women and non-discrimination, sustainable development, accessibility, attention to demographic change, mitigation and adaptation to climate change._x000D_ – The preparation of the Manual of Procedures, the Criteria and Procedures of Selection and_x000D_ Prioritisation of Operations and The initial exercise of self-assessment of the risk of fraud as required by Regulations (EU) No 1303/2013 and 1301/2013_x000D_ – Prior assistance for the implementation of the operations selected in the EDUSI of Andújar. ..., the EDUSI Management Unit will be assisted in its functions by specialised technical assistance that will be contracted by the municipality by procedure established under Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of November 14, approving the consolidated text of the Law on Public Sector Contracts. Therefore, the technical assistance to the management and coordination of EDUSI for which support is requested through this expression of interest will be aimed at assisting the Management Unit of EDUSI Andújar in 3,2,1..., in all the functions listed in section 2.6 of the Manual of Procedures.
