The consultants of the consulting network should support SMEs, especially micro-enterprises, in measures to secure skilled workers. To this end, they seek out farms and raise awareness of the need for adaptation measures in view of demographic and structural change. The consultants should contribute to the networking of all actors in their region and support regional initiatives to secure skilled workers. To this end, they shall organise information and networking events. For existing and new regional initiatives, the specialist consultants are to form the interface to the competence network of skilled workers assurance and further education. In addition, they carry out the initial consultation for the ESF federal programmes “unternehmensWert:Mensch” and “Entrepreneur Value:Mensch plus” of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) and, if necessary, issue advisory checks for further specialist advice and accompany SMEs in the application process.
