The runway project: Start-up offers participants who are unemployed or inactive and are in the pre-establishment phase a very comprehensive qualification, counselling and care offer in the districts of Steinburg, Dithmarschen, Rendsburg-Eckernförde, Pinneberg and Segeberg as well as in the district-free city of Neumünster. It is necessary to create or continue a sustainable and manageable structure that recognises the personal and individual potential of founders and supports them as optimally as possible in order to create a successful, lasting existence and thus a basis for life.
