Two permanent project locations, Meldorf and Itzehoe, will be established in the consulting region Dithmarschen and Steinburg. Within the circles, the consultation takes place at five mobile locations. The target group of the project is in particular women of the Breastfeeding Reserve. In addition, there will be consultations on women who are at risk of unemployment, on a short-term or part-time basis, in order to improve existing employment relationships in terms of quality or quantity. In addition, young women will be advised on the possibilities and framework conditions for vocational training in part-time. These target groups are addressed by nationwide public relations, group information and the extensive network work of the beneficiary and activated for advice on entry opportunities in the labour and training market. In this context, the assessments of personal and professional competences, the reconciliation of family and work, the possibilities of part-time training and continuing education are the focal points of counselling.
