The “JobLIFE plus” project is divided into six modules. Participants will be supported in recognising their own skills and strengths, but also their weaknesses, developing professional perspectives, independently looking for suitable positions and applying for them. Barriers to starting work, such as lack of language skills, social problems and lack of system knowledge, are addressed in solution strategies. For this purpose, labour market-related German courses, literacy and literacy courses, application training are used. Particular attention is paid to digitalisation and the digital transformation accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. In a module specially developed for the target group, participants are strengthened for dealing with digital applications.
