“Restart” for people with a migrant background

The project Restart is specifically designed to reduce or permanently reduce the various restrictions and disadvantages of the target group using their resources in the living environment and to take into account the individual professional and social goals of the individual participants in the course of the project. The aim of the project is to specifically support the participants in using their individual resources to reduce the different barriers, to qualify them and to train them on a company basis (promoting training and employability). The project design aims, on the one hand, to increase the division of employment of these disadvantaged people in the labour market and, on the other hand, to meet the specific needs of the regional labour market (increased labour demand in the food and manufacturing sector – food and tourism).
