The AMIKI (Active with Child) project supports long-term unemployed women and men over the age of 25 with children (single parents, returnees, career returnees) to develop their interests and potentials individually through targeted competence assessments. To motivate them to use the time of child raising to gradually qualify in order to systematically prepare for re-entry. In the project, they are helped to organise and organise their everyday lives in such a way that a sustainable start to work is possible. Participants will be introduced to counselling and support services in order to remove or reduce barriers to permanent integration into work and to qualify them to the extent that there are as few technical barriers as possible to integration into the first labour market.
