InWiA – Individual pathways to the labour market – Flensburg

The concept is aimed at reducing or permanently reducing the different restrictions and disadvantages of the target group using their resources and taking into account the individual professional and social objectives of the individual participants in the course of the project. The aim of the project is to specifically support participants in using their individual resources to reduce the different barriers, to qualify them and to train them on a company basis – promoting training and employability – in order to increase the labour market participation of these disadvantaged people in the labour market. The focus is on the needs of the regional labour market in Flensburg and the surrounding area. Participants should be qualified after an orientation and assessment phase in the areas of reception (hotels, tourism, healthcare), retail/sales or in individual modules through internal training and training or in cooperation with regional companies “on the job”. If necessary, additional external qualifications can be carried out. The shares of operational trainings increase in the course of the project, closely accompanied by coaches.
