This project is designed to help long-term unemployed alcohol sufferers over 25 years after alcohol withdrawal or successful completion of alcohol cessation therapy through psychosocial support, professional counselling, qualification and practice-oriented reintegration via company internships to find their way back into the labour market. The individual support of the participants takes place taking into account the existing Alchard problem. A gradual pre-accession to everyday work and a careful increase in teaching units per week should take into account the specific conditions of the target group. The basic principle of the project is the preservation of alcohol abstinence and the ability to independently cope with everyday life and job search. The project closes a missing and necessary interface between hospital stay (weaning/withdrawal) and professional reintegration.
