Family Coaching Center (FCC)

The aim of the Family Coaching Centre is to integrate the long-term unemployed project participants into the first labour market and to accompany the needs communities in long-term unemployment benefits over a longer period of time. The aim is to sustainably improve the framework conditions in the family so that the next generation does not move towards a service reference. Optionally, the job center’s specialists should also be able to contribute to the project as a job coach and form a team with the project staff. The focus is on the subjectivity of the community of needs and its needs; Solutions are developed together. The holistic consulting approach ensures integration progress and success. Intensive follow-up care stabilises the new employment and family situation.
