Activate Resources – Exploiting Needs (RaBe)

The project is specifically designed to reduce or permanently reduce the different restrictions and disadvantages of the target group of the long-term unemployed over 25 years old using their resources in the living environment, as well as to train the individual occupational and social objectives of the individual participants in the course of the project – promotion of training and employability. The project design aims, on the one hand, to meet the specific needs of the regional labour market – increased labour demand in trade, gastronomy and healthcare. At the same time, the project uses its concept directly to the regionally used fa:z model to precisely identify needs and optimise the long-term unemployed.
