The goal of the project is the tailor-made qualification for a lateral entry into the sectors of hotels and restaurants, cleaning and gardening and landscaping according to an employer-centered concept. Companies have been there from day one. They define learning content and selection criteria together with the sponsor and are significantly involved in the selection of suitable participants. The development and implementation of the qualification is also carried out with the participation of the companies. Participants are prepared for the start of work for more than 11 months by means of different qualification modules (theory and practice). Continuous pedagogical support supports individual problems and stimulates mental and spatial mobility. The project is open to men with disabilities and migrants.
