Labour demand, which is already emerging and is becoming more acute in the future, makes it necessary to activate all existing workforce potentials. This includes, in particular, people who have arrived in Germany after an escape or who have been living here for some time. In this project, on the one hand, these people are specifically prepared for integration and, on the other hand, assisted in the reception and long-term stay in their job. This is only possible through long-term, intensive project work and intensive advertising in the companies to give these people a chance. Practical tests are carried out in regional companies. Qualifications or partial qualifications that become necessary can be acquired in close consultation with the companies. In addition, coaching is carried out as well as comprehensive personal support.
