The JobLIFE Neumünster project aims to enable people who have come to Germany as a result of a migration of refugees and are now defined as long-term unemployed to achieve rapid and sustainable integration into the labour market. The project is also aimed at people who have moved to Germany via other migration routes, such as family reunification. Gradual and sustainable integration into the labour market is achieved through the identification of professional competences, the improvement of German skills, supportive referral advice for the recognition of qualifications and qualifications brought from abroad, and placement in company internships. The effect is also to be increased by the intensive transfer of knowledge in Latin script.
