With the fields of action coaching and potential analysis, the PLuS action concept (HK PLuS) complements the school vocational orientation (§ 4, paragraph 4 SchulG), the preparation of young people for vocational training or the start of a professional activity (Section 88(5) SchulG) as well as measures of the agencies for work from the beginning of class 8. The training and employability of pupils to start training or gainful employment is to be promoted. At the same time, an improvement in the direct entry of young people from school into education should be achieved. In addition to improving the professional orientation of young people who face particular challenges in the successful completion of school and/or the subsequent transition to work, the number of pupils without first general education qualifications should continue to be significantly reduced.
