These include the promotion of personal development, vocational orientation and individual career path planning, training maturity and employability, as well as the improvement of training relevant qualifications and support in the transition into training, employment and upskilling. Production schools are not schools within the meaning of the Schools Act. Production schools fulfil a didactic and vocational pedagogical function by providing participants with practical skills and skills, as well as the social and personnel skills necessary for school or vocational integration.
