The in-company apprenticeship training (ÜLU) is part of the practical training in the trades and an important addition to the in-company training. The requirement arises due to the different training conditions in the individual craft enterprises. The task of ÜLU is to ensure a broad uniform basic training and specialist training at the latest technical level for every apprentice. The courses are carried out on the basis of recognised training plans by the chambers of crafts and vocational training centres, guilds and other implementers.
