In two rounds, 20 apprentices of artisanal apprenticeships are supported for five months during the probationary period. The building blocks of support lessons, case management, workshops, learning sponsorships and learning platform are intended to reduce school deficits caused by the restrictions in general education education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Objectives are: Improving basic school skills for at least 50 % of the participants, keeping the training termination rate at the level of previous years during the probationary period, working with at least 75 % of training companies via personal contact.
