The addressees are working, adult long-term unemployed and working adults in ALG-II. In the project, various qualification modules teach specialist and key competences in the sense of a workplace-related competence set for employment in the field of plant/supply technology/metal construction. The knowledge and skills acquired by the institution are applied and deepened in the internship. In addition, participants will be prepared for a job start through trainings for application, social and media literacy and support in labour market integration. Social pedagogical support contributes to the reduction of personal handicaps and stabilisation. This holistic approach combined with other project tasks (e.g. labour market orientation and activation, mentoring, networking) significantly increases the labour market opportunities of the participants.
