Through various modules, specialist and key competences within the e.g. workplace-related competence sets in the occupational field of care for the elderly are taught and tested and deepened in the internship. Labour market integration is supported by application training and integration coaching. Social pedagogical support contributes to the reduction of personal handicaps and stabilisation.
