Through various modules, specialist and key competences within the e.g. workplace-related competence sets in the field of supply technology/metal construction are taught and deepened during the internship. Labour market integration is supported by application training and integration coaching. Social pedagogical support contributes to the reduction of personal handicaps and stabilisation.
