Through various modules, specialist and key competences are taught as a workplace-related competence set in the field of nursing, supervision and home management and are tested and deepened in an internship. Labour market integration is supported by application training and integration coaching. Social pedagogical support contributes to the reduction of personal handicaps and stabilisation.
