Measures of vocational orientation and qualification for women who are unemployed or inactive are supported. The measures are intended to target women who wish to enter or re-enter the labour market and/or have special barriers to access to the training or labour market. The measures must be appropriate in terms of equality and labour market policy and tailored to the participants’ personal and professional requirements.
