The target group of the project is 20 participants with mental impairments who participate in a vocational rehabilitation measure (BBB) or are employed in the work area (AB) in the WfbM of the USE gGmbH._x000D_ The BUS gGmbH – in cooperation with the recognised workshop for disabled people (WfbM), the Union Social Institutions (USE) gGmbH – carries out – in cooperation with the recognised workshop for disabled people (WfbM), the Union Social Institutions (USE) gGmbH – additional qualifications for people with disabilities, which aim to further support mentally disabled people in their integration into the general labour market. 2016010077) BUS gGmbH and USE gGmbH are now implementing a model project for the development and testing of workplace-oriented e-learning services in vocational education and training at WfbM. In particular, participants with a high affinity for the use of modern media, e.g. from commercial professions, print and graphic professions or commercial-technical professions, should be addressed._x000D_ The aim of the project is to develop e-learning offers, which together with the Learning Apps developed in the previous project offers a holistic system of educational materials for the vocational training of employees of the WfbM. Classical educational materials or the transfer of knowledge in course form are supplemented by additional mobile and time-flexible offers while respecting the accessibility of the learning content (various font sizes, integration of images, reading function …). In order to expand their professional competence, the participants in the project also participate in additional qualifications to increase autonomy and self-determination (empowerment) as well as self-representative and health literacy. The e-learning offers are available to interested WfbM after completion of the project._x000D_ The aim is to transfer one or two participants in the course of the project to the training or labour market.
