The target group of the project is 20 participants with mental impairments who participate in a vocational rehabilitation measure (EV/BBB) or are employed in the work area (AB) in the WfbM of the USE gGmbH. _x000D_ the project „QUIZ! II & ‘’; supports mentally disabled people in their participation in working life. The envisaged project is an additional measure in the context of employment and integration of disadvantaged target groups. It strengthens the social inclusion and employability of people with special support needs in the labour market. _x000D_ the project „QUIZ! II: Qualification- innovative and certified II & builds on the experience of the previous project QUIZ!in which a building block system of qualification modules was developed and approved by the IHK Berlin. The special thing about the QUIZ project! II is that the recognition of a partial qualification for persons with disabilities in the WfbM is examined by BUS gGmbH in cooperation with USE gGmbH. Partial qualifications are connecting modules that are developed, such as qualification modules, on the basis of the corresponding curricula of the selected occupational profile. _x000D_ the aim of the application of partial qualifications is the transparent and permeable design of the preparation of disabled people in the WfbM for an activity on the General Labour Market (AAM). For several years, USE gGmbH has been using educational framework plans for vocational training in the WfbM that are oriented towards nationally recognised apprenticeships. The social enterprise USE gGmbH is also eligible for training for more than 20 occupations. All this serves the transparency and permeability of vocational training in the WfbM and the sustainable development of the TN towards AAM. _x000D_
