Measures for counselling and qualification of women interested in start-ups are promoted before and during the start-up phase. The participants should be prepared for the founding decision and realisation. The measures must be appropriate in terms of equality and labour market policy and tailored to the personal and professional aptitudes of the participants._x000D_ Support is provided for the pre-advising of women interested in start-up, the acquisition of participants for women-specific start-up courses, the courses themselves and for counselling and coaching modules specifically tailored to female start-ups. The target group are women who are interested in starting up, unemployed or job-seeking participants as well as women whose self-employment has not yet solidified themselves._x000D_ The project supports founders, freelancers and (solo) entrepreneurs from all sectors, who often run their business under precarious conditions – be it due to family conditions or due to industry-specific specialities – for the development and professionalisation of women entrepreneurs. The guiding principle is to bring together different target groups from different industries and with different life and work experiences via the project offers. The focus on the target groups of the founders 50 +, on women with refugee experience and on (single) freelancers _x000D_ or solo entrepreneurs from the creative and health industries is based on the special support needs of the target groups, which the participating project partners have identified in their previous practice.
