The “WorkSkills” project supports people with addiction problems who live soberly and abstinently after successful treatment and who want to (re)acquaint themselves with the requirements of daily work and employment, in (re-)integration into working and working life. Essential elements of the qualification measure are vocational orientation, (pre-)professional qualification by imparting modern digital forms and competences, application training as well as testing the workload or the knowledge and skills acquired in the project. The programme includes a total of six modules, during which the TLN are intensively supervised both professionally and socially. In addition to theoretical knowledge transfer, practical applications and employment, a personal consultation hour and a supervision hour are planned for each module in order to meet the specific requirements of the target group. During the entire project period, TLN has various project-specific online programs, tablets and VR glasses available._x000D_
