Measures of vocational orientation and qualification for women who are unemployed or inactive are supported. The measures are intended to target women who wish to enter or re-enter the labour market and/or have special barriers to access to the training or labour market. The measures must be appropriate in terms of gender and labour market policy and tailored to the participants’ personal and professional requirements._x000D_ The project funded here aims to reach women who are low or wrongly qualified for their work. Likewise, in their person or personal situation, the reason may not be in socially acceptable, decent work. These women are approached through different channels, the personal situation of each woman is examined, classified and a development plan is drawn up. In the end, women know what they can achieve and where they want to go. During the project, you have the opportunity to attend individual coaching, for example in diversity management, to improve your communication in terms of content and language, to learn stress management such as time management, to develop intercultural skills and to be accompanied on the way to an education or further education.
