The project "Schulcoaches Sek. I" is aimed at students of grades 9 and 10 who have developed severe learning deficits as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and who have significant support in obtaining school leaving. The TLN are students of the B.Traven Community School. _x000D_ by increasing the number of school coaches at Berlin schools, the targeted vocational orientation and educational support of pupils at risk of completion should be intensified with the aim of successfully shaping the transition to education and reducing the number of pupils: women without a training place and the drop-off rate in dual education. _x000D_ in addition to competence assessment and educational support, the school coaches are responsible for supporting the TLN during company internships.
