With the project “IBA digital – Digital Learning Accompanying in Integrated Vocational Training Preparation” as part of Integrated Vocational Training Preparation (IBA-VO) § Support 10 young people in higher education centres and vocational schools who face increased difficulties in obtaining a training place as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The goal is a target group-oriented, digital accompaniment of the pupils: those who integrate into the existing educational program structures on a structural, curricular and didactic level and enable a change from attendance periods, school-based learning at home (SalZH) and self-learning phases in school or private contexts. The digital companions employed in the project actively support individual competence development in the cross-professional and occupational field by using (digital) competence grids and thus promote self-directed and self-responsible learning. In addition, they provide basic digital skills that are essential for a conscious and competent use of digital media. Thus, the pupils are empowered to work self-organised on their cross-professional, occupational and personal skills, to compensate for pandemic-related delays and to successfully lead to a (dual) education or a secondary school career. _x000D_ in addition to the use in Berlin high school centres and vocational schools, a basic qualification, school year-long specialisation modules and case-up visions for the digital companions are an integral part of the project implementation. _x000D_
