The project strengthens Lata’s staffing capacities in the area of fundraising, marketing, quality of services and strategy towards higher quality of services provided, strengthening brand, self-sufficiency and competitiveness through experts for the given areas. The project includes the creation of a strategic and marketing plan, media campaigns, methodologies, standards and evaluation systems for the impact of programmes, as well as the introduction of a donor database and new websites. The project will support 7 employees, of which 4 are fully supported.
