Strengthening the knowledge base of self-government for reducing and ending homelessness

The aim of the project is to increase the so far low efficiency of homelessness, which results, among other things, from the lack of knowledge and available practical tools on the part of local authorities. A database and methodology of evaluation of existing programs will be created and in cooperation with 4 municipalities, two NGOs, MPSV and ASZ and based on foreign practice will be developed and tested tool self-evaluation and changes of municipal systems of ending homelessness. Within the project there will also be a sustainable network of actors addressing homelessness.
