The project has two activities and is focused on SC 4.1.1 supported by a challenge. The aim of the first project activity is an innovative method using four Ideathons arranged in two years of the project to comprehensively update the Strategic Plan of Prague 13 and to develop a methodology for using Ideathons in public administration so that this good practice can be disseminated further. In connection with the expansion of the Smart City phenomenon, the aim of the second activity is to develop a comprehensive strategy “Smart City Plan Prague 13”.
