Ensuring the material evaluation and selection of projects of the OPZ

The aim of the project is to create the conditions for the material evaluation and selection of the projects of the OPE, which will be presented within the various calls of the OPE. The evaluation and selection of projects is one of the elementary articles of the implementation of the OPZ.
