The aim of the project is to implement measures that include social stabilisation and strengthening of the personality of 16 participants: the recovery of day structuring, the reduction of fundamental knowledge deficits, the development of social skills and a reduction of work-related demotivation with the aim of improving employability. The following phases are planned in the project: 1. Main phase (e.g. take-over of participants from pre-measure, update funding plan, individual development-related coaching, knowledge transfer and competence training as well as knowledge transfer on practical reference); 2. Follow-up phase (sic production of the achieved activation and motivation as well as transition into connection measures and projects as well as initiation/transfer (in) further networks and aids). According to the funding component, this measure is a type B project within the framework of the project step by step. Therefore, the entry phase in the project is eliminated, the participants: they immediately lead to the main phase and thus the active processing and the removal of their barriers. Group work is accelerated from the beginning. The results for the analysis of the resources and barriers stem from a preliminary action taken by the participants in the run-up to the project, which will be made available to the applicant by taking over the TN as the basis for his work.
