The growing importance of new technologies and the increasing technical specialisation make it increasingly necessary to train on-farm training as a complement to in-company training. As a corporate training network, the FAV Service gGmbH organises courses to impart knowledge and skills to supplement the necessary contents of the company training for those member companies of the company training association Gotha e.V. and the Education Association Thüringer Unternehmen eV, which are eligible for small and medium-sized enterprises under the Training Directive of 8.10.2014. The aim is a needs-based complementary training for apprentices with orientation towards an improved quality of vocational training, taking into account the criterion of economic efficiency. The need planning of funding for the timing of the supplementary courses in 2015 was based on the current state of knowledge of the implementation planning of the educational institutions as well as our assessment.
