Crisis-cross-company supplementary courses Period: 31.08.2020 to 31.12.2020 Short description of the project Many companies that have temporarily registered short-time work are also obliged to provide their apprentices with the professional capacity necessary to achieve the training objective. The coronavirus crisis has reached the Thuringian economy in full, so that comprehensive and versatile assistance and support services are needed to stabilise them. In order to support the training companies during short-time work and to provide apprentices with the necessary skills and skills, we want to offer the Crisis-ÜELG for some of our training companies. The FAV Service gGmbH already organises as a corporate training network courses for the imparting of knowledge and skills to supplement the necessary content of the company training for those member companies of the company training association Gotha e.V., the Bildungsverbund Thüringer Unternehmen e.V., the company training association Südthüringen e.V., the company training association Nordthüringen e.V. and the companyaus-education association Nord-West-Thüringen e.V. as well as other cooperating companies that are eligible under the Training Directive of 18.8.2017. The aim is a needs-oriented, future-oriented supplementary training for all apprentices regardless of gender, nationality and individual characteristics with orientation towards a high quality of vocational training, taking into account the criterion of economic efficiency. The knowledge and skills in the courses are taught taking into account environmental compatibility, economical use of resources and other sustainable as-pekts. In addition to training in the company and the vocational school, supplementary training is an indispensable component in the development of skilled workers, which is the basis for sustainable economic development. Cross-cutting issues of the Actual Funding Directive such as equal opportunities, non-discrimination and gender equality are fully respected in the context of supplementary training. The need planning of funding for the timing of the crisis-over-company supplementary courses for the training year 2020/2021 was carried out at the current level of the training needs of the companies concerned. This resulted in a funding amount of EUR 9.090,00 for the financial year 2020 for a total of 8 participants. The companies listed in Annex 2 – UN Statistics are only companies currently providing training or training places. The admission of other companies in the event of any change in the training situation and the need for crisis-over-company supplementary courses will be communicated to you at the appropriate time.
