Students get an insight into a wide range of professional fields. In doing so, we take into account the wishes of the student community regarding the desired occupation fields – even in grade seven. Our offer with 14 professional fields offers the young people exciting and versatile opportunities to try out. Our measures aim to support young people in their individual career orientation. The implementation is carried out close to the residential area of Weimar. Our offers make a significant contribution to equality with the aim of promoting the reduction of gender-specific training and career choices. All students receive an individual confirmation of participation or a certificate of participation with mention of the professional fields. The measures are funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Free State of Thuringia and co-financed by the Federal Employment Agency. In the current period of action, we also make it possible to make up for offers of professional orientation measures from the previous school year due to the pandemic situation.
