The research group from various working groups at HI Jena and the FSU Jena has set itself the goal of developing two method-Coherent Diffraction Imaging (CDI) and XUV Coherence Tomography (XCT) for application-ready and finally converting them into a combined method in order to achieve cross-sectional imaging with nanoscale resolution in all three spatial directions. At the same time, XUV sources and detectors that are optimally adapted to these methods are to be developed in order to establish this novel imaging.
