The research group is dedicated to the topic of emission reduction by means of new methods for predicting and evaluating the spatial and temporal occurrence of emissions, taking into account the different traffic situations. As part of the project, new complex prediction models for traffic-related emissions will be developed taking into account vehicle dynamics simulation, emission research on tyres and brakes, radio technology and X-in-the-loop (XIL) in order to make an important contribution to the achievement of climate targets.
