The main objective of the project Fact is to use this network as part of the Europe 2020 strategy to raise awareness of the transnational recruitment of skilled workers in Thuringian companies, to attract skilled workers from different regions of the European labour market and to integrate them into the Thuringian labour market. In particular, this means: each project year, 30 specialists from various European regions are recruited for SMEs, to cooperate with ten transnational cooperation partners in the course of the project, to initiate a network of Thuringian companies that permanently integrate transnational cooperation in their corporate strategy. It is planned to establish a project team in each project region Jena and the Altenburger Land. These project teams determine the current needs in the companies in the commercial and technical sector (in particular metal and electrical companies) and in the nursing facilities. This information is used for the initiation, preparation and support of information events of the company representatives from Thuringia with the cooperation partners on site. The target group is the specialists who see a professional perspective in Thuringian companies. These specialists are integrated into Thuringian companies. The integration process is actively supported by the project teams in order to avoid discontinuations. The Fakt project cooperates with companies, institutions and existing offers for the acquisition of transnational skilled workers and the securing of skilled workers in Thuringian companies. The network structures established during the project period will continue to provide Thüringer companies with offers for recruiting and securing skilled workers after the end of the project period.
