Practical career orientation in the school year 2018/19 in Jena

On the basis of the “Landing Strategy for Practical Vocational Orientation in Thuringia” and the ESF School Promotion Directive on the basis of the “Landing Strategy for Practical Vocational Orientation in Thuringia” and the ESF School Promotion Directive, vocational field surveys and professional field trials are offered as practical experience for pupils. We set the practical vocational orientation in the school year 2018/19 (runtime: 01.09.2018 to 31.7.2019) according to the contents of the present overall concept. The target group is pupils of grades 7 – 10 with special educational needs who learn in joint classes in Jena community schools or at a special education school. Our educational institution cooperates with the state funding centre “Janis-Schule” Jena, which is affiliated with the network GU (joint teaching, pupils with special educational needs) in cooperation with Jena community schools. Within the framework of the network, in the school year 2018/19, pupils of the State Community School “Montessorischule” Jena, the State Community School “Kaleidoskop Jena”, the Integrative Comprehensive School- IGS “Grete Unrein”, the Cooperative Community School- KGS “Adolf Reichwein” “The State Community School” Kulturanum, the State Community School “Jenaplan-Schule Jena” participate in the measure in the ÜAG gGmbH. Professional field sensing and professional field trials take place at the educational institution. A total of 37 pupils from the mentioned schools participate in the measure at ÜAG gGmbH. Distribution by class level: KL. 7 Kl. 8 Kl. 9 2018/2019 with special pedag. FB 10 16 11 The professional field surveys and professional field trials should contribute to this: in line with the developments in the needs of the Free State of Thuringia and the regional conditions, preparing for training? To enable pupils to make a well-founded decision for the choice of student-company internships as well as a mature career choice decision. Professional field sensing and professional field trials offered in the following occupational fields: Metal, mechanical engineering? Electric? Glass, paints, varnishes, plastics Color technology? Wood and paper focus: Wood technology? Transport, logistics, transport focus: Warehouse/logistics? Construction, Architecture, Surveying Focus: Construction technology? Personal Care, Housekeeping Food, Beverage Tourism, Leisure, Foreign Languages, Dialogue Marketing Food/housekeeping? Business and secretariat focus: Sale? The JENAER BILDUNGSZENTRUM gGmbH SCHOTT CARL ZEISS JENOPTIK, the International Federation, IB Mitte gGmbH for Education and Social Services (IB Mitte gGmbH), branch Thüringen and the ÜAG gGmbH Jena – across all borders – have joined forces in order to be able to offer professional fields in the broad range of the above mentioned forms of school (community schools, high schools, secondary schools, special schools) in the city of Jena. We work closely with the schools, parents, career guidance of the Jena Employment Agency, the East Thuringia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Chamber of Crafts for East Thuringia and companies in industry, crafts and health and social care.
