The project is aimed at employees in Rhineland-Palatinate, especially those who are employed in companies in economic difficulties or for whom the company has reported short-time work. The overarching objective is to combat the impact of the pandemic and to sustainably address the technological and digital transformations in the labour, employment and training markets of the future. There are two coaches.
