The object of the project is to reduce the energy performance of building No.583 on plot no. 2 145 in the cadastral area of Velka Bíteš. Building modifications of the building consist of insulation of the façade of the object through a contact insulation system made of polystyrene EPS tl. It’s 160 mm. The ceiling structure above the last floor will be insulated by bulk boards of mineral wool. 2 x 150 mm, there will also be an exchange of existing roller shutter garage doors for new section doors with motor drive.
