The project “Performing Arts Made in Berlin 2019-2021 (PAMiB 2019-21)” aims to increase the visibility and thus public perception of the free performing arts in Berlin and thus contribute to the networking of national and international experts and to open up new visitor groups. These include the following thematic areas: 1. Distribution and marketing (touring office and proactive scene marketing through trade fair appearances to open up new cooperation and sales opportunities, exchange online in the FAQ area, establishment of a cultural secretariat) 2. Audience generation and mediation (including through theatre scoutings) and 3. Network, knowledge transfer and cooperation (e.g. industry meeting, specialist days, information on events, rehearsal room platform). It also aims to promote exchange, cooperation and synergies between all stakeholders. The intended purpose will be extended by measures for the evaluation and scientific evaluation of the project as well as the expansion of activities in the field of internationalisation and (European) mobility.
