The “Network of District Work – Together for a neighbourly Spandau” establishes a life-worldly and life-phase-oriented, needs-oriented and self-enabled district work in the Spandau-Mitte Action Area, which is aimed in particular at target group(s) with limited opportunities for participation. Against this background, the project will network the district with all actors, including those operating outside the KJHG, and work on the needs of the aforementioned target groups of a district through a coordinated and transparent coordination of all district working facilities, which provide regional and supraregional services for all target groups, such as family centres, district centres, church communities, self-help, hospitals, etc. In order to pool resources, exploit synergies and fill gaps, on the one hand, the development of a coordinated overall strategy for the action field Neighbourhood at local district level and on the other hand at the supraregional district level is urgently needed.
