Maritime Cluster North Germany – Schleswig-Holstein Office (MCN.SH): Mastering challenges – in a time of upheaval – Phase 2022-2023

MCN.SH’s vision is to make Schleswig-Holstein a maritime hotspot in Europe and to promote a maritime economy characterised by innovation, sustainability, efficiency and an attractive working environment. The cluster management of MCN.SH initiates and accompanies projects with innovation potential and supports efforts to generate more value and future-oriented jobs for cluster actors and for Schleswig-Holstein. In addition, the transfer between science and industry will be promoted to advance new technology developments, digitalisation and decarbonisation, and turn them into commercial solutions. MCN.SH’s cluster management and cluster actors help to improve the image of the maritime economy as an attractive, modern working environment for the creation of technology products, in order to attract young talents or career changers and to counter the shortage of skilled workers.
