Overall objective of the project: Ensuring the use of energy from renewable sources at the level of ATU Campulung Municipality for own consumption associated with public lighting and lighting of the administrative headquarters of Campulung Municipality. The project contributes directly to the achievement of Specific Objective 11.2: The use of energy from renewable sources at the level of local public authorities aims to promote investments in the clean energy and energy efficiency sector in order to ensure the contribution to the final consumption targets for energy from renewable sources, Priority Axis 11: Measures to improve energy efficiency and stimulate the use of renewable energy because it proposes a system of production of renewable electricity to provide public lighting in Campulung by making roofs of photovoltaic panoramas for the residence parkings and public parkings located on the public domain of Campulung and by placing a photovoltaic system on the administrative headquarters of Campulung City Hall. The project contributes directly to the achievement of the result indicator and target set out in LIOP 2S145 ‘Primary production of energy from renewable sources’ because it targets energy production by installing photovoltaic panels systems. Specifically, photovoltaic systems will be installed on a total of 4783,00 sqm, as follows: about 4608,00 sqm located in 9 selected parking areas and 175,00 sqm on the roof of the administrative headquarters of Campulung City Hall . For public lighting, the systems installed in the 9 zones will each be connected to a nearby TRAFO station. The 8 areas are: 1. ZONE 1 – Grui District, General Dragalina Street; 2. ZONE 2 – Grui District, Gruiului Street and Carpati Street; 3. ZONE 3 – Grui District, Iezer Street and Carpati Street; 4. ZONE 4 – Grui District, Iezer Street and Carpati Street; 5. ZONE 5 – Grui Quarter, Gruiului Street; 6. ZONE 6 – Cartier Grui, Strada General Grigore Grecescu ; 7. ZONE 1 and ZONE 2 – Visoi neighbourhood, Emil Girleanu Street; 8. ZONE 3 – Visoi district, Dumitru Lazea Street. Following the analysis of the possibility of discharging the electricity produced in the TRAFO points in the immediate vicinity of the sites, the structures in Zone 1 and Zone 2 Visoi neighborhood, Emil Girleanu Street will be grouped, with a relatively small distance between them, respectively 80.00 m. This will result in a total of 8 discharging points for the energy produced and used for public lighting. Also, a system of photovoltaic panels will be installed to be installed on the roof of the administrative headquarters of Campulung City Hall to ensure part of the necessary energy consumption. As a result of the implementation of this investment object, the annual production of green energy will amount to 1008558,60 kWh/year.
