Ensuring a high level of safety during the development of civil aviation activities at Târgu Mureș Transilvania Airport and their permanent improvement in accordance with the MPGT strategic document and Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures at aerodromes by purchasing 10 equipment intended for non-economic activities by December 2023. This project and its objectives are fully in line with the Large Infrastructure Operational Programme (LIOP 2014-2020), Priority Axis 2 Development of a multimodal, quality, sustainable and efficient transport system and contribute to the achievement of Specific Objective 2.3 - Increasing the sustainable use of airports through the purchase of technically, physically and economically sustainable equipment, contributing to both a high level of safety and a sustainable and sustainable development of Târgu Mureş Transilvania Airport. The successful implementation of the project led to the achievement of programme indicator ID 2S17 – Modernised airports (number): 1 modernized airport, in accordance with the provisions and recommendations in this field formulated by the international regulations in force, thus ensuring compliance with: - Regulation EC 139 /2014; Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules in the field of civil aviation security and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2320/2002, as amended; - Council Regulation (EC) No 3922/91 as regards common technical requirements and administrative procedures applicable to commercial air transport, Subpart S; Commission Regulation (EC) No 272/2009 supplementing the common basic standards on civil aviation security laid down in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as amended; - Commission Regulation (EU) No 1998/2015 laying down detailed measures for the implementation of the common basic standards on aviation security; Commission Regulation (EU) No 18/2010 amending Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards specifications for national quality control programmes in the field of civil aviation security; Commission Regulation (EU) No 72/2010 laying down procedures for the execution of Commission inspections in the field of aviation security.
